The Medicare Physician Fee Schedule/resource-based relative value scale (MPFS/RBRVS) regulations were formally published in the Federal Register on July 27, 2018. The Outpatient Prospective Payment System/Ambulatory Payment Classifications (OPPS/APCs) was released two days prior.
